We currently ship orders within the United States only.

Processing Time

Orders typically ship within 1–5 business days after they are placed. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

During peak periods, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping on all orders within the continental United States.

Free shipping excludes Hawaii and Alaska. Shipping rates for orders to Hawaii and Alaska, if available, will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping Carriers

Orders may ship via Amazon Delivery, UPS, USPS, or FedEx, depending on the destination, shipping method, and fulfillment availability.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on the shipping carrier, destination, and other factors outside of our control. The 1–5 business day timeframe refers to the time it typically takes for an order to ship, not the total delivery time.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, delivery timing is managed by the carrier. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us so we can help review the issue and provide next steps.
